Screen modification & feature - IT0034

Dear All,

I have a situation, where in there are 2 company codes.

For 1 company code, I want to display the normal 2000 screen for IT0034 and for the other company code I want to hide one field. I am getting stuck with the feature as no standard feature is available for this infotype, not sure how to define the feature for this scenario.

Please help me with the feature tree.

You have to maintain V_T588M for MP003400. In this you can enter your Z* feature name, and then in PE03 insert your logic.

Hi,

step 1 - go to pe03 and copy the existing feature P0033 to P0034

step 2 - go to T588M and copy the standard MP003400 and create with other screen XXXX and assign feature P0034.

for example:

Feature:

Return value will be country grouping

Table:

MP003400	2000			2000	0
MP003400	3000	P0034		3000	0

I want screen to have alternate screen for screen 2000 for one of the company codes, do I need to define other company codes as well?

Can this tree provide me the result?

use the standard screens only.ex. 2000 3000 like that. create with screen 3000 it will work.

Isn't Screen 3000 for overview.. wouldn't it effect the overview screen of the IT0034.

I have done all the steps, when i created screen 3000 i did not get the standard fields in it.

Fields DAT34 and RP50M-TEXT1 and RP50M - TEXT2 did not appear in the custom screen. only the new custom fields which have been created.

Should the variable key be maintained for both the screens?

Hi Simran,

screen 3000 is the standard dynpro for overview. So usually, this is not the one, you want to change.

You have already set up your feature and it looks good so far.

You have to consider the way, sap decides, how to read table T588M

Since Modulpool, Dynpro and Feature-Backfield are key-fields, it is possible to have different settings for screen 2000, depending on the return value of your feature.

Simply copy the standard line of MP003400 2000 to MP003400 2000 40.

Then you can adjust the screen to your needs.
