Hello,
We have configured an certificate-based integration environment for C4C->HCI->ERP data transfer. The HCI SSL certificate is imported into ERP and mapped to integration user.
We've got the error from ERP site: HTTPException:HTTP response '401: Unauthorized' when communicating with https://<erp host name>:<erp port number>/sap/bc/srt/idoc?sap-client=400".
What could be the cause of this error? Any help or suggestions would be very appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Tatjana
Hi,
The problem was solved. Certain mandatory settings on Web Dispatcher were missing.

Hello Erin,
Unfortunately I don't know which exactly settings were adjusted because they were done by ERP basic person. I remember he just went through guide more carefully and did every step which is mentioned in the Technical Connectivity Guide.
Also please make sure that server certificate on WebDispatcher is signed by vendor which trusted by SAP.

Hi Mithun,
Thank you for response. All the existing guides are inspected and all the configuration is done in accordance to the guide. The latest investigation of Web Dispatcher's log shows client certificate is not sent from HCI to WD. We are proceeding with our investigations and trying to locate the cause of issue - so far it is not clear doeas it come from documentation or HCI/ERP/WD configuration or certificates.
