Is it Possible to configure country based subtypes for the IT6 (Address)

Hi Experts,

I have 2 queries here

No: 1 - I have a requirement where IT6 subtype needs to be configured based on the country (Molga), i have gone through the configurations and no where i found Molga or country check is available, can you please help.

No: 2 - When you configure Personnel action type (for PA40), i want the "Reason for Action" should be displayed based on the country.
