SP_Transaction to restrict duplicate document from old document !!!

Hi Everyone !!!

Is there any possibility or chances to restrict to perform duplicate document ??

As per our scenario what users are doing is they do duplicate document from Production order and create new document by adding them which some times create errors also by user, hence we want to restrict user to perform duplicate production order from old production order.

Please suggest SP_Transaction notification to stop this.

Hi Harshal,

               It is not possible to stop Duplication of document and if somehow technical team do this , it will effect on all marketing document i.e you will not able do any duplication in whole B1 system.because the menu Uid is same for all documents i.e 1287.

Hi,

Not possible to block duplicate function. To avoid errors and posting of production orders, you may use TN for duplicated document.

Hi

You cannot perform this option through Stored Procedure.  You can achieve this via SDK so approach your technical team.
