Error during check Phase in SUM

Hello All.

I am applying EHP3 upgrade on CRM installation.

During Check phase I get this error: The error is but BW consistency, but my system is a CRM system:

Hi Reza,

Try this note:

1845737 - Errors occurred during activation check.

1986745 - Error: OTRSPL_PLSES and OTRSPL_SUBPL could not be expanded

You can try to activate if you have BW team, otherwise delete and re-install BI Content if you required. Before read above two thread carefully.

Hi Reza,


Hope you are doing good.

Try a quick workaround. Log into client 001 and ran RSD1 as per note 458363. Check again and remove the table entries as per note 1845737 if they exist after the above step.

Then perform the following: run RSD1 again.

This is note a code  fix note. After ensure the note is implemented and you have done the manual steps, retest the issue.

did the proposed solution help? I´m having exactly the same error messages while updating a Non-BW System (it has some componentes installed, but they are not used...)

Update: following Solution helped in our case: Log onto client 010 and ran RSD1 as per note 458363.
