Pricing - Condition Type - Surcharge & Scales

A product is sold in 150ml bottles at $97.91 . When an order is received for 250ml, pricing should calculate automatically the price from 1ml to 150ml at standard price and the price for each extra ml after 150ml should be calculated at a different price, with an additional surcharge of $50. What is the configuration for Pricing procedure, Condition types and Scales. Thanks in advance 😊
