Inspection lot status

Hi All,

I have a issue in Inspection lot status.

I see for those inspection lots which are cancelled it has status for I0203(SPRQ) as X which is inactive in table TJ02T. Rest other status are active.

Is that due to the reason that lot cancelled? because i don't see I0203 inactive for active lots.

Can anyone please clarify me when the system status of the inspection lots are updated as inactive in the respective table-TJ02T?

Hello MBN,

Normally if the inspection is cancelled, the status LTCA is set, the status SPRQ is also deactivated.

You can test it by cancelling the material document which generates the inspection lot with type 01.

I am agree with AYOUB, you can check at table level TJ20T. another thing it is also correct that once LTCA set SPRQ automatically set as inactive.

Hello M BN,

In JEST table, the flag "Inactive" means that the status has been applied once to the object and since then has been deactivated.

The table TJ02T is holding the list of system statuses and doesn't link directly to inspection lot.
