T-code = Scal

select factory calendar then click on display , below screen will open

click on display icon of calendar, then the below screen will be open

Select the year then select the display year i con on top, below screen will be displayed

My suggestion is to create a dedicated factory calendar for the scheduling. You can indicate user-specific "working days" (i.e. days on which the process chain should run). The process chain in then scheduled against this factory calendar, periodicity is daily and special behavior "move to next working day".

You can define a factory calendar with t/code SCAL.

Please note 2 things:

1. Be careful to transport factory calendars because you will transport ALL factory calendars every time.

2. Normally the maintenance of factory calendars is effectuated in the (leading) OLTP system and synchronized / transferred to BW. It seems logical from a governance point-of-view to maintain also here the BW scheduling factory calendars.
