Need Help on Configure Alerts in Solution Manager sp10

Hi Folks,

I am working on PI  7.11 Monitoring setup in Solution Manager SP10.

I have configured everything Now I can able to see all the communication channels in Solution Manager.

For getting the alerts in mail box I have configured the sample interface in  SOlutionManager-->    Interface And PO Monitoring---> Interface channel Tab.

But If I send the error message I can able to see that error message in Solman_workcenter tcode But I didnt recive any mail for this alert.

What are the steps I need to follow for this and let me know If we need to configure this alerts do we need to create the step for each and every interface or any other process for bulk interface.

      Thanks for your help...

      I can able to do this manually... But I need automated one for this.. As per the document I can send the mail by giving the mailID manually.. But  I need automation for this.

      Whenever error occurred mail needs to be trigger automatically..

      Please suggest on this

    Hi Folks,

    Any one will help me to configure the alerts in solution Manger.

    I made configuration for  one interface for testing purpose. I can able to see error messages in the monitoring of the solution Manager but I didnt configure the alert.

    Can any one please let me know how to configure alert rule and everything in SOlution Manager 7.1 SP10 and my PI is PI 7.1
