How to Disable text "General Note" in Text log for change document (ZMHF)

Hello Experts,

We have configured ChaRM and the General Note text appears in the change document (ZMHF) in the Text Log. The requirement is to only display the text "Description of Change" in Text Log. Can anyone please help me out in how to disable the text "General Note" and only display "Description of Change"?
