Automated Monitoring - Missing Work Inbox Task

Hi Gurus,

We have configured a new GRC 10.1 system for Automated monitoring, the issue is control owner doesn't get work inbox task when a deficiency is detected in AM job. It can be seen through job monitor but workflow item doesn't appear in control owner's inbox for further action.

Workflow customization under General Settings --> Perform Automatic Workflow Customizing and General Settings --> Perform Task-Specific Customizing is completed. What else I should be checking? Appreciate any help you could provide.
