Decision Point is inactive in Item

Dear Experts,

I have an issue while I approve a Decision Point is a particular Phase, the "Decision Point (DP)" is having Inactive Status, Now the "Decision Point(DP)" can not be approved to proceed further with next Phase.

Kindly give me some input where the link has been broken between DP and Phase.

There is no tick mark on the current active DP.

Hi Anil,

Due to some inconsistency (program error), the DP was not set to 'Active' as expected.

You can revert to previous DP and approve again. Alternatively, if you have too much business functionality behind, create a report to update the 'Active' flag in the table /rpm/decision for relevant DP.
