Hi ,
Can anyone tell me how to configure/setup SMS notification for the service ticket scenario.

Hi Ragulan,
To add on Nikhil's reply: as of 1502 you can configure SMS-to-Ticket scenarios, following the instructions he pointed out. A customer can create a ticket by texting to a specific number, and the agent can reply back through the same channel.
Sending automatic SMS notifications (e.g. auto-response "your ticket has been received") is currently not available and it's on our roadmap for the rest of the year.

This functionality is supported by Cloud for Customer. Please check the latest (1502) Administration guide available at the SAP Service marketplace. Pages 26 and 346 should be interest to you since they mention about this functionality.
service.sap.com is the Marketplace site. Please note you will need a valid User ID to log in and download this.
