Requirement Type through delivery priority

Hi,

Is there any possibility to control the RequirementsType in a sales order through the delivery priority? For example: the ReqTyp 041 kann only be used when the delivery priority 1 is set (position, tab shipping)? Can be done with an UserExit? If yes, which one?
