SIS not getting updated issue

Dear all,

I am trying to execute T code MCTA, MCTC, MCTE, MCTK, MC+A, MC+E,MC+I......

but after execution the system gives message "No data exists for chosen selection".

already i have done all configuration setting for SIS under path

SPRO -->LG-->LIS-->LDW-->Data basis & Data updating....

but still i am not getting any clue,

Can any body suggest me the gaps which i have been missing here........

Note : I have already checked all possible threads on SCN......
