Treasury Module: Multiple Excel Lines are not copying to SAP

Hi Experts,

I am facing a peculiar problem in Treasury Module details:

1. Transaction Code FTR_CREATE: I am providing all the details then go to interest condition. Here I am going to provide manually the interest amount.

2. In update Paragraph, I choose "Special" button & select "Single Dates". Here I can provide Date & amount manually.

But system is allowing only one line at a time from the excel sheet. That is a big bug in system or my laptop.

I need help from all of you because of this my go live stuck in between.

Please help.

Thanks,

Satya

    Hello Former Member,

As @Mahmoud Elnady said - for Treasury there is a special area. So ask questions there.

    About your question:

This is my Excel template i use:

    Copy range from template.

"Condition details" have to be cleared.

Place a cursur in first row, first line and Paste the entries.

"Month-End Indicator for Due Date" checkmarks have to be set manually.

so there is no problem to paste entries from excel.

But! there is note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1376125 which states that you can enter either only 12 lines, each line per month , or 24 lines, 2 lines per month.

If your transaction's term is for 3 years, percents are paid monthly - than you have to create 3 conditions with single dates. Each condition contains 12 single dates.

But from here Condition Details: Interest - Mixed Documentation - SAP Library

"In the case of a term greater than one year, it is sufficient to enter the dates for the first year. These are then used automatically as a basis for the following years"
