Stock Value Wrong

Hello All,

I have a problem concerning stock (quantity and values).

In our Source System, one material is displayed by quantity and value (transaction MM03 or CKM3), both are correct.

When we're consulting this same material through a query, the quantity and value are wrong. For same cases the quantity is correct.

Please, take a look (the quantity is correct, but the stock value doesn't):

Another important detail is that the movement type "Output" (negative/red) is recorded in the values, but the movement type "Entry" (positive/blue) doesn't:

Here's the technical fields/names in SAP for each one in the way that refers to the query:

Quantity = AABCK0074

Value = AABCK0075

Plant/Center = 0PLANT

Storage Location = 0STOR_LOC

Hi,

pelase check the MB51 report with bex query results.

quantity should be match with the issue total stock with - values and receipt total stock with + vauels

amount in LC match with the issued value with - vaues and receipt values +values .

Hi,

Assuming you are using standard flow:

Are below steps executed in your system:

1) Initialization of Stock through 2LIS_03_BX  & compression with Marker update

2) Historical load of movements with 2LIS_03_BF / UM & compression without market update

3) Daily delta of 2LIS_03_BF/UM  & (compression with marker update) --> Optional

If yes, then can you check if some deltas were missed. I would suggest doing a repair full load for one of the example to confirm the same.

Yes, we use this standard structure, but with some particularities:

There's a MultiCube: "X"

MultiCube "X" has three InfoCubes: "A", "B", "C":

- "A" works with 2 InfoSources: (Goods in transit - inbound / Goods in transit - outbound) and 1 DSO (Goods in transit);

- "B" works with 3 transfer rules:

2LIS_03_BX (InfoSource: Material Stockw)

2LIS_03_UM (InfoSource: Revaluations)

2LIS_03_BF (InfoSource: Material movements)

- "C" works with 2 transfer rules:

2LIS_03_UM (InfoSource: Revaluations)

2LIS_03_BF (InfoSource: Material movements)

No deltas missing.
