C4C to ECC-Customer master data replication

Hi Experts,

Need your assistance on this one.

We've been trying to push customer master from C4C to ECC through extensibility . The fields which are mandatory in ECC have been created in C4C and extended to the Web Services as desired.

The iFlows are also mapped.

Though the data flow is happening from C4C to ECC with no errors, the values for the extension fields does not seem to reflect in ECC.

Look forward for suggestions.

Hi,

Please make sure that the IDoc have been generated and sent to HCI/PI. Check the monitoring in C4C and if they are all green then check Middleware.

If they are also all green. Then make sure that the IDoc on BD87 have been processed successfully. Also make sure that the correct data was sent to the middleware and that it was excluded in the mapping process.

do you see the extension fields in the payload in the outbound message?   If yes, do you see these fields getting  mapped in the middleware?  have you testing the mapping in HCI/PI?
