ORA-01017 with BRCONNECT after SSFS and Oracle

Hi experts.

We did an update on Oracle 12 and switched to SSFS.

Now we get the errormessage in dbacockpit and on OS:

brconnect -u / -c -f stats -t missing

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

The BR-Tools are new:

kernel release 740 patch date 2016-10-26 patch level 28

The permisson are okay:

-rwsrwxr-x 1 orabp1 sapsys 16150176 Nov 5 00:38 brconnect

R3trasn -d works:

R3trans finished (0000).

And in the log: ==> connect info for default DB will be read from ssfs

I checked a lot of sap-notes and checked the env, and the op$user..

Now i dont know where i can find the thing..

Do you have any suggestions?
