New to SAP HANA with 4 years Exp in SAP BO (Reporting)

Hi All,

I have 4 year exp in Business Intelligence and working in SAP BO (Reporting). I am having exp in Informatica(ETL) also.

Now I wanted to learn SAP HANA as this is a new and cutting edge technology.

I have checked SAP HANA website and set up my send box as well for testing.

I need your expert help to start in this as I have no idea how to start/ learn this HANA and how I can use this HANA with BO.

my goal is to learn HANA as a database and use this in my BO reporting.

Cna you please suggest me what all tool I need to learn for this and it will be great if you can give me any link to follow step by step.
