Need help!!! Got an error when using PAL Support Vector Machine, "registration finished with errors, see indexserver trace"

When I tried to test the SVM in PAL following this video,

I got an error:

I do follow exactly what the video taught.

In my perspective, the log in line 04 should be useful to analysis the cause:
