"Key Attribute" and "Attribute"

Hi Guys,

I am trying to define "Key Attribute" and "Attribute" in Attribute View but i am not getting it. When i right click, i only get two options, Add to Output or Apply Filter. Can you guide me..

Before when I create Attribute view, I get different window instead of the window which is normally being showed in Tutorials or Videos.

Hi Zaib,

The screen you are getting is the latest one introduced with SP5 release of HANA 1.0. As the videos and tutorials you might be watching are built before SP5, they show a different/old screen.

Dont worry too much as the functionality is pretty much the same, just the looks differ a bit.

Hi Zaid,

   Already Raj mentioned above ,you are working on SP5 release of HANA 1.0.

  You can define the "Key Attribute and Attribute" in any one of the  two places as below.

1. Data foundation Node : Add the "Object" to  output , and view the properties of the object. There is one property

"KEY ATTRIBUTE" : TRUE/FALSE

2. Semantics Node

Hi Zaib

  It seems your studio version is old, the current studio revision is 52,Also check whether you have any primary key defined in your source table or not.

I believe the current studio rev for HANA One customers is 48.
