Error in Upgrading to Rev68 on AWS

Hello All

When trying to upgrade our AWS HANA One instance from Rev 66 to Rev 68, we are having issues in HANA Management Console.

As soon as I click on ADD-On's tab it is redirecting to enter the password, even entering the password doesn't help. The same screens are repeating like a loop.

This is happening only for one instance, if I go to another instance and click on ADD-On it is behaving as usual.

Can you please advise on this.
