SAP CRM - Office 365 Integration

Hello Masters.

Currently we try to implement Server Groupware Integration within SAP CRM 7.0 Ehp 1 and Office 365. We use the Groupware connector 7.0 that supports integration with Office 365.

Can someone have implemented a same project succesfully?

Best Regards,

Renzo.

    Hello.

After some conversations between our Basis and SAP, we finally connect Office 365 with SAP CRM 😊.

    Best Regards!

    Renzo.

      Hi,

Can you please tell a bit more on the integration? We have the same requirement:

Connect SAP CRM 7.0 EHP2 with Office 365

Our secondary option is to go for 7.0 connector on server side.

I'd like to know what kind of complexity you had to go through before we kill the Desktop Connection option... can you shed a light?

      Thanks,

    Hi Renzo,

Yes the scenario you describe is compatible.

Hi Renzo, I think you need to check out CRM Desktop Connections. See the release notes.

    Hi Renzo,

We also have a similar requirement to connect SAP CRM Ehp1 with office 365. Could you guide us on the steps to follow? Currently we have the integration done with Outlook.

    Thanks

    Swapna.
