i'm following "Integrating SAP Cloud for Customer with SAP CRM using SAP Process Integration" guide and in the 5.3 paragraph it states that there's a way to massively create all the required Communication Arrangements, inserting only one time common info such as the communication system.
Unfortunately I did not found any Communication Arrangement for On-Premise link in Administrator-->Common Tasks.
I also searched in Administrator sub-menù, in Administrator --> General Settings, in Application and User Management tab (where I see a link "Communication Arrangaments"). Nothing.
Ok, workaround is that I can repeat manually the comm arrang. creatoin procedure for each scenario but I'd like to understand why the bulk creation option is missing.
