How was the reset done ? Have you checked the SUM guide to know the reset options ?

There is a report called RSUPGRES which can be used to reset the upgrade but I would recommend you to run the report after consulting with SAP.

Also you can check the reset logs. these are written in abap/log/ and abap/tmp/ directory of SUM.

Follow the standard guide for resetting. If there were some errors then please open a incident and SAP can check the system if reset worked correctly.

Hi Reza,

You may do what standard method says. However, i would suggest you to restore last latest consistent backup and do the upgrade on this or on a test system first, as already how have struggled last in last attempt.

As suggested by others, raise it with sap and preserve the upgrade logs for there reference.
