When creating service request on SOLMANREQU biz role, we don't have "attachment " assignment block as we have in incident. How can we add it?
I am working on solman 7.1 SP12, customer requires to have this feature, anyone has such experience to share?

It was my dilemma when I found that there is no SAP standard way like simply adding the Attachment assignment block to Service Request guided procedure webui either by IMG or View configuration. I did same this you want in SM7.1 SP13 by enhancing AIC_SRVREQ_G
