Conversion of marketing lead into sales lead in C4C

While handing over the  lead from Marketing Department to Sales Department, I am not able to see the option of 'Convert to Sales Lead' in Action button inside Marketing work center. I would like to know the reason.

Hello Priti,

The Action button will contain the conversion options as shown below in a C4C Marketing Lead:

If the Covert to Sales Lead option is not visible, you should go into ADAPT mode & check for this conversion option if its made invisible/hidden, if yes, you should make it visible first.

Also, I would like to ask you which version of C4C are you using as I see concert to Sales Quote/Quick Quote options as well under Actions, which is not available for a Marketing lead otherwise in C4C.

As you said i have checked adapt mode setting its already visible .and i am using  1411 version .

Hi Priti,

You need to be in HTML5 view & then go to ADAPT mode & make the Convert to Sales Lead option visible if it is set to invisible.

The screen shot in your reply is from Silverlight & the option highlighted "Conversion" is just one of the several tabs that appear under a Sales Lead.

Please follow the suggestion I made above by going to ADAPT mode in HTML5.

Hi Priti,

As per latest solution 1505 this option has become obsolete and hence removed by SAP as for existing account this kind of conversion is not needed anymore.

Please see the attached screen shot from SAP's document.
