MYSAPSSO2 cookie not getting generated

Hi all..

I have set up logon tickets..( EP 6 SP 14 and ECC 5.0).

my stack is..

evaluatelogon ticket suff

basic authentication optional

create logon ticket Suff.

then i downloaded the certificate from the j2ee engine and imported it to ABAP system (ECC 5.0).

add to acl and certificate list is done.

Now i m getting an error RFC_LOGON_FAILURE wrong user name / paswword please re enter.

I checked out for the cookie... mysapsso2.. its not there.

i doubt if its getting generated.

Please suggest something on this.
