Work flow through in Quality notification

Dear Expert,

We are trying to trigger to mail in the outlook in box during QM notification process

following are the scenarios

1.Creator on creation need to get an email

2.and coordinator need to have an email as when creator assign him

3.task person need to have an email upon assign by coordinator

4.when task person closing the task coordinator should get another email

5.when coordinator complete the task email need to trigger to all three

Can you please suggest what are the work flow need to activate

Hello,

There will be two ways first by using the FM for email triggering you can acheive this or by using Workflow module you can execute all these processes.

For Outlook triggering you need to maintain the official mail id's in SU01 for each user.

Take technical Help especially workflow consultant who map your requirement according to flows.

Events and event linking is required. BUS 2076 ( Not sure) is used for notification workflows.

This business object you need to activate or just customize it according to your requirement via ABAPr's help. activate RFC in your SAP system so that SAP will triggers mail to outlook id's.

Activate event linkage b/w task like creation , task assignment, completion etc.

All this is technical settings designing of workflow and mails logics are workflow consultant job, activation of RFC is also technical . your job is to design flow with logic and needs.
