Hi I am in a situation of not able to build my custom risks/ function  for a EWM system, scenario is some of the auth objects for a particular tcode whose Check status =YES, are not fully sync to GRC box, only  few objects have been brought over to GRC box. the once which are not existing in the GRC, how do i correct the issue? FYI.. completed all sync jobs twice, removed & added the tcode to the risk Function twice - but the result is the same. Raju

Hello,

First rerun AUTH Sync.

Then check the data,

Hi Kamaraju

When you build a function and add the action for the first time, SU24 data is defaulted in (you need to have run sync jobs for this). You can always add more permissions into the definition when you define/maintain it.

Dear Colleen Thanks for response, as you said - in my case i have 5 objects turned as Check =YES in SU24, but after running SYNC job i am only able to see 3 objects in GRC Function permission screen. I dont want to add multiple line items of the same 3 objects, but i need to add permission level values for those missing 2 objects.. (coz the trace of the tcode returns values for the missing object as well) Have you encountered this issue in your past.. Raju

Hi Raju

I can't say I have. You might be at the stage where you need to raise an incident with SAP if you say it works for some objects and not others?
