SLL invalid chain error

Hi All,

We are using SMP 3.0 and using 2 servers with load balancing.

We have regenerated the certificate on both the server with an external server name. When we try to login to the phone, sometimes it logs in without any issue and sometimes it gives SLL invalid chain error.

Please let me know if any of you had faced this problem before/ know solution for this.

    we could resolve this issue after installing the certificates that are regenerated on both the servers.

    You mean SSL invalid chain error? Can you validate the certificate if it is valid. Did you import the CA certificate into the SMP server keystore?
