Proficiency in Candidate Profile

Hi Team,

We have come across a strange issue, as we have certain Proficiencies defined as part of the scale in Erec and assigning them to the candidate under Candidate Profile > Data overview > Candidate Flag > Proficiency.

Now we have the assigned the Proficiency under TRM Ranking, it is being saved correct. latter Proficiency in Question has been updated dynamically with another Proficiency, which we do not have any clue over. It is a matter of concern, if one proficiency we create during the candidate creation, it should remain as is till some one manually changes the record, with out no one changing the record, system should not dynamically update with another Proficiency. Please through some lights on this.

Regards,

Siva.

      Hi Nicole,

We understood it is happening whenever there is an additional proficiency created under that particular scale.

System is performing ranking based on the Additional proficiencies created at the backend. It is getting the current ranking from the classification field from HRP5102 and performing a calculation, there by it is changing the proficiency automatically on the UI, this behavior we do not want. Could you give any thoughts on this.

      Regards,

      Siva.

    Hi Nicole,

How can stop the Auto ranking happening based on the Additional proficiencies that are created under the scale. Please through some light on this.

    Regards,

    Samba.
