Additional Amount in IT Declarations

Hi all,

I am new to configuring IT Declarations in ESS/MSS. In SAP Standard application for IT Declaration for 80 & 80c, there is an column called Additional Amount. But in IT 585 & 586 , I cannot find any Additional Amount, instead Actual & Proposed is there.

Then what is the need of this Additional amount in ESS Create IT Declaration, if we fill additional amount & send it & get it approved, which infotype will it get updated in 585 & 586.

Please advice.

    Hello Namsheed,

    It seems you are using the old application that's why you are getting the different fields.

    Please go through the note 1857846, Make sure business function should be activated in the sys

    Please make the changes in LPD_CUST, Then you will get the correct results.

    For IT Declaration :

    Web dynpro Application - HRESS_ITDL_EE_IN

    Application Configuration - HRESS_ITDL_AC_EE_IN

    These applications should be there.

    For Approver

    Web dynpro Application - HRESS_ITDL_AP_IN

    Application Configuration - HRESS_ITDL_AC_AP_IN
