Hi All ,
Can you please tell me , what is the difference between Object Version (OBJVERS) and Object status (OBJSTAT) in SAP BW ?
Thanks ,
Supriya
Thank you for the reply.
I got it.

OBJVERS is used to differentiate the last active version and the last modified version. For instance, if you changed the length of the object from 10 to 12 (without activating the object), the length 10 will be present in the record having OBJVERS 'A' while 12 will be in the 'M' record.
The OBSTAT tells you if the object is currently active or not. If the object is active, the value in this field will be 'ACT', otherwise it will be 'INA'. The same value will be present in the 'A' and 'M' records for this field.

Hi,
Where you seen those two objects?
table or any other areas?
Those are character type info objects.
OBJVERS - its tells about version of perticular info object.
OBJSTAT - it tells about the status if that info object. like is it new or modified or active state.
Take one info object and check that two info obejcts data at table level.
You will get idea about them.
Thanks
