Run time Error (Enter vendor invoice)

Dear SAP Financials

I'm trying to enter vendor invoice using SAP EHP 5 and then i'm facing this error.

need your help to solve this problem please

    Saad,

    SAP had disabled some functionality related to hierarchical access in pricing. If you are not on a specified support package (for EhP5 that would be SP08), then you will receive this error. Per SAP Note 1600482:

    Until the Required Support Package level is applied to your upgraded system, pricing and condition technique will abort with the run-time error "support package level not sufficient".


    I would check the following:

    1. Check what Support Pack your on

    2. If it's lower than SP08, then check and see if you have applied notes 1599403, 1600091, 1601052 and 1601120. If you have, then SAP is recommending you deimplement these notes.

    3. If you haven't or are on a higher release, then submit an SAP message under the component XX-PROJ-IMS-HA.


    Please read SAP Note 1600482 thoroughly as well.

    Hi Saad,

    You just check with your ABAP consultant to know the exact reason why this error is getting. May be if the system is down also you will get this error. You need techincal help to know the reason for getting this error.

    If you are still getting this error many times by executing this T code means then there would be a possibility of haviing upgrade issue. So please check this and revert us if you still face any issue.

    Check with your basis team, it seems you have missed out some support package.
