HI All,
In process chain ,we have a DSO activation step in yellow state.I want to make it red/green and skip the step as i have manually activated the request.
Since instance is not generated ,I'm unable to use the function module RSPC_PROCESS_FINISH
Can you please help me to resolve this.
Regards
Pradeep
Hi pradeep,
if your dso actiavtion was handled by manual,
then go to process chain dso activation step-->rigth click-->display job, if job was still in active, cancel it.
later select your dso actiavtion step from process chain-->right click-->skip. next steps will continue.
Thanks

that is the one.
You can cancel it.
Later you can do it by manual.
One thing if its in yellow why you want to run by manual.
Rather than cancel, please check your job log details and see.
generally dso activation will take more time than loading.
If you already done dso activation thru manual then you can kill it.
Pradeep,
here are the steps , you have to perform in this situation ,
1- check the activation log , in the process chain right click on DSO activatiion - click on process monitor if you see last step message "Activation of records from DataStore object XXXXXX sucessfully finished
2- if you see above messages and still the DSO activation process is yellow . please go ahead and cancel the job in SM37 by clicking the DSO activation job and click to stop button on top left side which is red button,
3-if activation not showing last above step still it is job is running which is should not take longer time please go ahead and cancel the activation job same way in SM37 , if you are not able to cancel the job take Basis team help and cancel the job .
once job is canceld pls go ahead and activate the DSO manually again .. it should get sucessfully ..
then go ahead and skip the process in process chain and proceed..
hope this steps will help you ..

You can just right click on the process type and click Repair/ Repeat. As the DSO is already activated, the step will be skipped and the process chain moves on to the next step.

Hi,
Goto SM37 and kill the job, it should turn the process type to red and then you can skip this step as mentioned above.

Hi,
Please check whether the Quality status"Set Quality Status to 'OK' Automatically" of DSO in settings is switched ON.
Hope this helps.
