wrong sequence of resources in product planing table in apo-ppds

Hi APO-PPDS Experts;

I am new to the APO-PPDS Skill.

I got one issue in product planning table related to wrong sequence of resources.

issues details:

When using the product planning board (PPT1) ; the sequence of the resources is wrong, the primary resource is not the first in the sequence.
The primary resource has been first until recently and we need it first for planning reasons.

resource "Y " (secondary resource) is still above of resource "X"( primary Resource)
User has asked that why the sequence changed?
How to change the sequence, Need to bring the primary resource(x) above secondary resources(y) for both process orders and plan orders.

The above one is the user questioned. As i am new to the ppds. i am unable to conclude the user raised question is correct or not?

Please guide me that user question is correct? If correct how to bring the primary resource to top of the secondary resource.

In my project the resource scenario is For a receipe we are defining the primary and secodary resources under the classification as based on mode priority.

If the resource defined in receipe operation should consider as primary and the resources under classfication is defined as primary or secondary resource. if i check in this way and correct it the resource X as primary if it is defined as secondary resource. The the sequence row will change in product planning table.

Please guide me.

Hi Experts,

The issue was fixed.

Actually the user issue is there are secondary resources are there Y,Z,A. X is the primary resource. as per the user requirement the resources sequence in ppt1 is x,y,z,a.

It is not coming becoz in master receipe the resource x is also defined as secondary under classification of resource. Now the tick mark for the x resource was removed. Then sequence was showing correct as x,y,z,a.

path for resource classification from master recepie is: Select operation-->goto under menu-->resource selection condition-->under general-->select the value of resource-->check the resource selection. if resource is selected then that resource is secondary resource for that operation.
