The form of address and the assigned gender are incompatible [ Denmark , finland]

Hi,

We have attached country specific IT0002 screens for Denmark and Finland in
IT 0002 respectively 2009, 2044 in MP000200.With these screens Gender field
became off field - non maintainable and defaults to Female gender irrespective
of FOA, [ MR, MRS ].

We cannot change also as these are grey filed and screen modifications also
not working for same [changed to standard ]With every new hire , erotic data is
getting updated in the system for male genders.

This was recently noticed for new hires. Our expectation is it should
initialize with proper gender assignment with respect to FOA at least on hiring
screen.

Please help and give us inputs on the issue.

Thanks

Hi Supriya,

Kindly do make sure your FOA settings in back end system,

1) SPRO>Personnel Management>Personnel Administration>Personal Data>Personal Data>Create form of Address

2) Also make sure the Feature settings for inconsistency of Address and Gender through Tcode PE03 as per your country

Hope it works,

Regards;

Bashir

Thanks for the reply.

We have maintained T522G table correctly.

Also feature is correctly placed for denmark , finland.

Issue is if i am changing the gender field setting to standard in screen modification then also it remains the grey field and on initial screen it defaults to Female so i couldn’t change the value manually.

We got SAP note which states Denmark is using screen 2044 as a standard screen for IT0002.

They are no more supporting 2009 screen , Hence issue resolved.
