How to create Service Sentry Sheet even if Order is TECO

Dear Friends,

Is it possible to create a Service Entry Sheet using Transaction ML81N & selecting cost center as Maintenance Order where the Maintenance Order status is TECO ?

We are doing TECO for maintenance order every month end. But the invoice comes after 2 month. Every time we need to Revoke the status TECO for the orders to create service entry sheet. Please note that this services not created through maintenance order but PR for services created and we assign the maintenance order to PR as " F " account assignment category.

Any chances that even if Order is TECO, we can Create & Release Service Entry Sheet and posting to be done by Finance via MIRO transaction ?
