SFTP Reciever Channel Error.

Hi Experts,

My Scenario is File - SFTP.

At first the Reciever(SFTP) channels are okay in RWB while CCmonitoring. But once I start transferring the file it gets into an error.

Also , I can see the file being transferred but at a slow rate. Instead of minutes it takes hours.

I get an error stating. -

JCA adapter. Reason: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: channel is not opened.

and

Transmitting the message to endpoint <local> using connection

File_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to:

com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException:

javax.resource.ResourceException: 4:

Please Suggest.

It shouldn't even take minutes

When you get such error, Did you try connecting from fileZilla or any file utilities and see if you can connect?

Hi Ramashish,

I've deleted my post because i said the same that Haresh but with another words, i simply think the problem is about the connection, the resourceException should appear when the endpoint is not reachable, the problem could be a firewall, wrong endpoint destination, SFTP endpoint parametrization that avoids the connection and so on. Go ahead with Haresh suggestion and try to work with your basis/network team.
