Webi Rich Client does not sync with scheduled reports on BI Launchpad

Hallo Guys

I'm trying to update existing reports in the public folders (BI Launchpad) via Webi Rich client. It works 100% when I modify a report that is not scheduled, but when the report has been scheduled the changes are not reflecting in the Launchpad, it's like it was never modified. We even tried this with Administrator, same result. If a different user logs on via Webi Rich client, he can see the changes that waere made to the report. It just doesn't show in the Launchpad.

Am I doing something wrong? Is it even possible to save to a scheduled report from Webi Rich client? I read this discussion and according tho that it should be possible: Replace a Webi report with a new version without impacting associated publications/schedules

We are on BO 4.1 SP4

Hi Antonette,

Check whether you have live connection to BO Enterprise.Make sure you didn't selected Save As the document in rich client ,which will disconnect that documents connection to enterprise.

In this case select save as ->to enterprise -> then save and check.

We tried that. Same result. We did however pick up that the changes reflect in the Launchpad after the report ran as per schedule. Weird?
