SCC: cashe group error "unknown server error has occurred"

Hi,

we use the SUP (SMP) version 2.1.3 an the SCC (sybase control center) 3.2.2 and use a native ios app with MBO strukture. Ouer MBOs have 5 cach groups and if we want to check them in the SCC we get this error : "unknown server error has occurred" you can see in the picture. The Server los is in the second picture. We use the app since 2 years an everything was fine. Since we had a java runtime error because of low hard disc space the SUP-Server runs again but the cach group dose not work in the scc. And it seems that the cach group isn't running anymore. Because the new data from the client is synchronised (replication based) to the scc but we got no new backendrefreshs from the SAP Backend.

Have someone a idea?

Thanks,

André

We raised a ticket and the support team help us. We had 4 corrupt files in our repository so we replace the files with a backup an everythings was fine.

Thanks for your help,

André

This is pretty common error and i have seen it many times before. I have preferred to logout and re-login in SCC and it worked.

How often you are seeing this error?

I can reproduce the "initialiced Failed" error every time i want to go in the cach group settings (you can see in the picture one) and every time i want start the Monitoring view in the scc for Cache Statistics with the level: "Package level cache group".
