TREX - Indexes Stopped

Hi,

I'm having some problems with TREX. All my indexes are stopped! I checked on Indexing Monitor and they're all stopped.

With the error: The index server (for the specified indexes) cannot be determined (Errorcode 2960).

I can't create indexes, search documents... nothing related to TREX.

On TREX Monitor, "HTTP Server" and "Name Server" are green.

When I checked the TREX Administrator, it's all green too.

What can it be ?

check out and (sp consider opening an OSS message if the first thread does not help).

The IIS is running... I don't know if I need to check anything else other than the IIS Manager...

I have already looked these threads... but they didn't help me.

I don't know what else can it be...

in this case, "consider opening an OSS message", as said.

Hello Detlev,

I have created indexes and it is active. But when i try searching, it says no search index found.

Pls refer to the topic "Searching Documents "

Have you checked your webserver (IIS) is running properly?
