my report requirement is to show employee wise sales, cost of goods sold, cost of free, basic sallary,food allowance, other expences,branch operation allocation so please anyone can suggest from which tables i want to pick up the data

To see cost/profit data see one of CO infoproviders eg. 0COOM_C02.

You need to install FI related datasource and DSO/Cube to get this report in BW. Check with your user/functional people for more info.
