I am trying to enable dashboards but it says it deos not exist

Can someone explain to me why the standard dashboards are not working. I get this message

The requested dashboard does not exist.

Dashboard: /com.sapb1.dashboards/0010000103.SAP_DASHBORAD_001.DAB001/default.html

If this dashboard is newly imported, ensure that SAP Business One EventSender Service has been started; then wait for several minutes and try again

I have restarted the eventsender and waited but it does not work.
