Dynamic Rule at Charateristic Level

Experts,

If I use "Dynamic mod. at Char. Level", and DMR in place. Is there a way that if the nspection plan includes diffrent characteristics,

Char. A should be skipped at every second lot

Char. B should be skipped at every tenth lot

that SAP allows diffrent skip sequence per Char. in one inspection plan, or place the diffrent DMR on Char. Level?

Hi Joerg,

The DMR assignment is for individual characteristic. You can you 2 different DMRs in one operation.

I found this information from SAP Help:

" Dynamic modification at characteristic level

The decision concerning the next inspection stage is made at characteristic level.
You have two options for assigning a dynamic modification rule:

• At characteristic level:
  You assign a dynamic modification rule to the characteristics that are to be modified.

Dynamic modification at characteristic level

• Dynamic modification at the characteristic level is only possible if the QM inspection data for the material is set for the recording of characteristic results.
• If the task list calls for dynamic modification at the characteristic level and the material is not set for the recording of characteristic results, no dynamic modification is carried out. The quality level is not updated."
