SAP BPC 10.1 NW Standard security linked with GRC

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of linking SAP BPC 10.1 Standard (/ 10.0) security with GRC.

I have seen a how to guide for BPC 10.0 "How to Assign SAP Business Planning and Consolidation Authorizations via the SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Access Control Compliance User Provisioning Prod"

This looks to me like a work around as there are lots of manual steps involved.

I would like to know what, if any, problems are caused by using this method and how it works in practice.

Hi Mark,

We have a client that us using the configuration as it is described in the Hoe to guide you referenced above.

One thing I noticed is that since there are no users setup within BPC, the Business Process Instances can't be enabled, as they require individual users (not teams) are required for the step "Select who will be able to finalize the instance".

I do not think there is any other integration offered at present.
