Log role for transport

Hello,

Is it possible to log a role for transports, to be sure nobody can transport a role to the productive or tests system?

I would be nice if there is a possible to log a role like if a developer is at the change mode of a role. If a developer is at the change mode of a role you got an error message at the transport management when you release a role.
