WebGUI Facing problem in getting Popup window

Hi

From WIN GUI I am accessing ME21N and in the left hand side column from the list of available icons, when I click on "Selection variant" icon, I am getting a popup dropdown with values like change, remove, purchase orders, requests for quotations, contracts.....

But from WEBGUI, when I click on Selection Variant icon, Page refreshes but I am not getting the popup window with above mentioned, like my purchase orders requests for quotations, contractsetc..

Are there any ITS settings to achieve this!

Hi Sudhir,

I run the transaction with ITS 6.20 patch 20 and integrated ITS of the latest 6.40 SP without any problems. Do you see on other screens that the dropdown menu of toolbars dont work? You can check this i.e in report bcalv_grid_verify.

Hi Klaus,

It is working in WebGUI, when I have the same ME21N transactional iView in EP 6.0 SP14 it is not getting the popup.

Hi Sudhir,

you have to set ~webgui to 1 in the service file of the me21n service you created, to ensure that it works in full feature webgui mode.

I observed from SE80 that ~webgui = 1 is set in service.Please let me know is there any oter settings to do!.

In ITS 6.20 PL 17 (and before, I believe), there is a setting ~webgui_popups that has to be set to 1. Is this set for your service?
